This is definitely a tough question to answer with out some added information.
What we have found in the past with customers has been the type of Internet connection they have been using has played a huge role.
The faster the connection the easier the videos will be able to play.
Also, most times it isn't an issue with the video but one with the computer. You can try contacting your brand of computer's support team.
We can also do our best to help. Check out Jim's response, if you can provide us with as much information as possible we can try to figure out the best solution.
Also, if any tech guru's or other customers have a helpful answer make sure to comment!

To gain access to your product, please either click on the Zendesk icon on the right or go to www.tellmansupport.com to submit a ticket.
Please include the following:
-Name of the product you purchased
-Last 4 digits of the cc you used to purchase
-Order number from your receipt (optional, but VERY helpful if included)
The support staff will look up your order and send you the information you requested.

On that note..you should also make sure support@overcomeeverything.zendesk.com is whitelisted as well.
