Remote control would be fabulous. Have a look at the way present.io does it: http://drop.io/file/presentation
If Prezi could do that, it would blow everyone's socks off!-

New Support WebsiteWe have a new integrated support site!
http://support.donortools.com
For the fastest feedback and troubleshooting, leave a message on the support site.
If you're a Donor Tools account you'll automatically be signed in to the support site, so you shouldn't have to do anything to sign up. If you're not a customer, you can create an account or comment anonymously.
We'll be incrementally moving help articles over from the blog to the knowledge base support site (http://support.donortools.com/faqs). If you have any suggestions for knowledge base articles (how to, etc.), leave a comment at http://support.donortools.com.
Ryan Heneise replied on February 25, 2009 17:26 to the question "Considering for Missionary Support Tracking" in Art of Mission:
Hi Katie,
Yes! We do have missionaries who use Donor Tools to track their support. Donor Tools is great for missionaries, because they can sign in to their account from anywhere in the world. Also, you can give donor accounts to your supporters, so they can also sign in to see their contributions and how much they've donated.

Ryan Heneise replied on January 29, 2009 17:32 to the problem "Problems with International characters (äöü)" in Art of Mission:
Sorry about the continued trouble - the problem turned out to be a an issue with uppercasing unicode characters in the recipient address. We made a change last night, and I've had a chance to test it with various unicode characters, upper and lower. Could you give it a try again and let me know how it goes with your letter?
Ryan Heneise replied on January 29, 2009 17:19 to the question "Query Capability" in Art of Mission:
Hi John,
Currently we don't have that capability, sorry. However, we've been working on improving our query functionality - for example, we just rolled out some improvements to they way you put in date ranges to make it much easier to jump back and forth between "this year", "last year", "this month", "last month", etc.
Your request is a great one - I'll see if there's any way we can squeak this through in the near future.

Ryan Heneise replied on January 14, 2009 16:15 to the question "CSS and Donor Tools" in Art of Mission:
Hi Phil,
Unfortunately, no, we're still working on our CSS guide. Technically, the Online Donations feature, which includes your public profile with customizable CSS, is still in Beta, which means that there is still a lot to be done before we can call it finished. If you have the HTML know-how, you're welcome to open up the page using "view source" and have a look at the available divs and classes.
I know this isn't for everyone, so I'd be glad to help you out. Can you send me your design files?
I can take a look and quickly asses what we can do. Also, that would help me to see if there are any elements we can add to the page to make it more customizable.
Ryan Heneise replied on December 27, 2008 05:16 to the discussion "New Feature: Online Donations" in Art of Mission:
Thanks for the kind words Kelli!
There is no fee for online donations on the Donor Tools side. PayPal does charge a fee (usually 2%-3%).
Currently we don't support recurring donations, sorry about that. We are working to improve our online donations feature, and recurring billing is a request that we get a lot.
A comment on the idea "Feature requests..." in Art of Mission:
Thanks for the feedback Sean!
A weekly graph is a great idea. We're actually planning to add a lot more charts and graphs as we add features, so I'll add a weekly graph to the list.
