@ecoammosc I think you misunderstand my request. I just want the task list title to appear above the list of tasks in invoices. I'm not talking about individual task notes.

I imagine a "show completed tasks" link/button would make it pretty plain about where the completed tasks are... but then I'm no speciality in this area.

When viewing task lists for a project it would be nice if all of the completed items of active task lists would be initially hidden with a link to reveal them without reloading the page (Javascript, yay). Typically, I don't need to work with completed tasks so this would help reduce the noise on projects with many tasks and lists.

When I'm generating an invoice and using the "Add From Time Sheet" feature it doesn't list what Task List the different tasks are part of. I would like the option to do that, otherwise the titles of my tasks can seem like duplicates or just plain nonsensical.

Really? Adding a simple checkbox to the add task modal window would overcomplicate the GUI? It would save me a lot of time of having to go into the website every time I create a task. Not a huge deal, but seems like it'd be trivial to add to the widget. I could see it overcomplicating the interface if that checkbox was always visible, not just in the add task dialog. Not a huge deal, just would be a nice little time saver.

You guys don't need to reply to this. I mostly wanted to write exactly what I pictured since it doesn't make sense that that would overcomplicate the interface. But whatevs, I ain' no interface designer most of the time.

It'd be nice to be able to mark some task lists as 'complete' or 'archived' once there will be no more new tasks for those lists so that when I create a new task in the time tracking widget/client I don't have to surf through no longer relevant task lists.

I've just now reinstalled the Mac Widget v3.0.4 and this issue remains.
