No connection whatsoever. I had a problem with 0800Buster, so I was advised to use localphone.

When you create an account, you enter a phone number you want to call; in my case an 0800 number.

Localphone then allocates a local number, to wherever you have chosen (in my case a Manchester number).

Then I dial that Manchester number and it is routed to the 0800 one.

Simple.

When I check my account on Localphone, it shows all the calls I've made and a zero value against each one.

I did not pay a £5 charge, indeed, I haven't paid them a penny.

Don't know how they make it pay, but so long as it's available, I'll use it.

I'm not sure what's complicated about that. I wouldn't use it for other numbers, simply because my mobile phone package has lots of minutes included, and I have an inclusive package at home.

But for calling 0800 numbers (which are about 20p / min on a mobile) I now get them for free.

This isn't sales chat - I really have no connection, and if they want to reward me in any way, then that's up to them!!!

I use localphone for my 0800 numbers. There is no set-up fee or minimum fee (as the calls are free). The service has worked great for me, and is a real moneysaver for mobile phone use.

Still not seeing any reporting for my links. Totally missing the 30th July - I know I posted a few. Still nothing for yesterday (3rd Aug) or today.

Really upset I've not had a response.

They updated yesterday afternoon, but all day today there has been no update.

I am not willing to continue to use tweetbucks until I see the links are being reported (although I probably will!!) I know it's not big bucks, but it's the principle that matters. Rant over - sorry.

When I call a conference call number, the main connection is fine, but when I enter the conference PIN, the call appears to go dead. Is the service supposed to support conference lines (like BT MeetMe)?

Would it be possible to include a report that shows the hour in which a link is clicked. This would help to target retweets and tweets at specific times, when the people likely to respond, are around. Can either report per link, or just a generic report showing number of clicks per hour.

Loving the site, but when I type in the name of the merchant I'm searching for, and click on search, I get returned to the Shorten tab :(
