Doreen replied on November 17, 2008 23:52 to the question "Is there a way to export projects, tasks, and/or journal entries?" in Enleiten:
Everything can be exported as an ical file - just use this URL and you should be able to get a copy of your info.
http://www.enleiten.com/todo/tasks.ics
If you need to close lots of open projects quickly, clicking "My Projects" will pull up the complete list, and you can double click the project status to change it to canceled or completed.
Doreen replied on November 12, 2008 21:40 to the question "How does the Journal function work?" in Enleiten:
I'm not seeing the screenshot so I'm not sure what's happening. You shouldn't be seeing anyone else's tasks. Some items (such as things created by a template for a new project) may come from the Support account, but those shouldn't be from someone else's projects. Feel free to send the screenshot to support@enleiten.com and I'll take a look at it.
The current implementation of journal is being reworked, to break out useful information more clearly and make it more it useful.

Doreen replied on October 13, 2008 02:11 to the question "How do I edit a task, project etc" in Enleiten:
You can double click on a field for a task or project in most views. If you've gone into the project or task details (the "i" information icon) the pencil icon will pull up a dialog to edit other details.

Context and task assignments can be made by dragging and dropping, and tasks can be moved to new projects by dragging and dropping as well.
Doreen replied on October 07, 2008 03:57 to the question "How can I mark more than one Next Action per Project?" in Enleiten:
How much are your projects a mix of concurrent and consecutive tasks?
We've considered adding an option to list an entire project in Next Actions, instead of just the due items and first item in the project. Primarily to handle things like single tasks that don't warrant full projects of their own. Using future start dates would still allow you to keep the entire project from appearing and cluttering up the NA list.
Would that solution address your issue?
As far as flagging multiple items within a project, I'm not convinced there is enough of a gain in the use cases we've seen to justify the added complexity to the interface. If there are a significant number of use cases for how people would take advantage of that feature, we'll revisit the decision. So far, a combination of due dates, the ability to find tasks by contexts, and viewing a full project seems to cover most cases.
If you're willing to email us (support@enleiten.com) some examples of projects where you'd find that helpful, we'd appreciate it.

Max - Are you looking to have to contacts sorted by last name in the contacts panel in the blue sidebar on the left? Or are you asking about the all contacts view?
The former we could make happen pretty quickly as a user-selected preference.
In general, we've had conflicting requests about contact handling, so please feel free to weigh in. We've had requests to develop that out further as part of our application to handle CRM-related features, as well as comments indicating that an integration with other apps would be better.
Doreen replied on October 04, 2008 21:14 to the problem "Edit Context title" in Enleiten:
We're trying to figure out the best approach to this. We'd previously had case-sensitive context tags implemented, which was causing some problems for users who would end up with duplicate contexts.
Currently, contexts are set as case insensitive, but case preserving, so the version you entered is remaining and triggering the problem for deleting.
We may set the stored version in the database as all lowercase (as has been done on many sites to address this). Would that cause problems for anyone?
In the meantime, send us a quick email at support@enleiten.com and we can change it for you manually.
