I had the same problem with missing pages and O'Reilly solved my problem promptly and to my satisfaction. I have always been pleased with their customer service and with the content of their manuals. I've been purchasing their technical books ever since when I first started as an R&D engineer with Bell Labs, back in the late 1970's. At the Labs, when anyone needed to read up on a technical issue, if we didn't have our own documentation, we often would tell our engineers "check-out the zoo" - as in go to the zoo and look at the animals - because each of the O'Reilly books had a picture on the cover of some sort of animal!
