dpiechnik asked a question in Grooveshark on November 26, 2008 23:50:
Uploading music doesn't keep tagsI'm uploading my music but I am finding that it isn't holding the tags that I've worked so hard to have make sense. Albums I upload will be split into multiple names (About a Boy, About a boy OST, About a Boy O.S.T., etc) which makes it quite awkward to find music after it has been uploaded. Genres, artists, etc. aren't kept either.
What exactly does Grooveshark use when tagging uploaded mp3s and is there a way to keep it from retagging files? Is there a way to delete files after they have been uploaded? Some of the tags are so awkward I'd like to delete them instead of keeping them on the system but I can't seem to remove them. Would it be possible to make a way to do that?-

Favourite ArtistsIt would be great if you could become a fan of artists and then when you hit "autplay" those artists might play more often. It could also offer you a way to jump to certain artists from a menu area.

I've got the same problem. Pretty much across the board I'd like it to track everything I do, whether my mouse is moving or not. When I'm doing things like reading news on google reader, or if I'm working on something in indesign, I may not always be moving the mouse but I want it to know what I'm doing. What if there was a way to turn off the idle detector?
