Broken Fury SwingarmI have Fury with about 5000 miles on it in 1 yr 7 mo since I got it (bought from Andrenaline Bikes, delivered 8/30/2
007). The swing arm broke---completely into two pieces! It was just a little jump, only about 2 foot of air! My old Mongoose (XR1100, all aluminum monocoque frame and swingarm, purchased from Walmart) took just as much use and abuse but it still solid. I posted a couple of pictures at http://www.flickr.com/photos/drcbrath/ showing the break and the jump. I weigh just 180 lbs. I really thought I was buying a more rugged bike. I didn't think fatigue would get this bad this fast. Can I get a new swingarm? And what is it going to cost me?

Cracked Fury frame. Can I get warranty or repair service? My Fury frame cracked at the seat tube. I have had the bike 1 year 5 days and ridden it about 3000 cross country miles, no freeride or downhill abuse. I weigh about 180 lbs. But because I am tall, the seat post is up at the minimum insert line, adding to the stress on the tube and weld. Can I get warranty service?
