Too long of a wait for such a basic feature. I uninstalled Brightkite from my iPod Touch 2nd Gen 2-3 months ago because of repeated false promises about adding this feature. When version 1.1.3 (iPhone OS 3.0 Tested) was released I figured it had to have this feature by now and jumped at the chance to install it on my NEW iPhone 3Gs. Yet another big let down, as this newest version also lacked clickable links.

Offering the Brightkite app but not having a "mobile developer" sounds kind of odd considering all of the cool things listed on the Applications & Tools page in addition to now offering Brightkite on other mobile platforms. So who wrote all of that cool stuff anyway? If you follow through and add clickable links across the entire Brightkite app for the iPhone I'll gladly return to the world of Brightkite. If not....oh well!
