Tom Tom sucks big time. I attempted to download an updated map, and it wiped out everything. After waiting for customer service forever, they read me the troubleshooting steps posted online (like I can't read...). After obtaining my serial number, I was told my warranty expired last week, so there was nothing that could be done. Sorry. Click. I'm buying a Garmin. NOTHING could be worse than Tom Tom.
