Is it possible to grant access based on e-mail domain?

Is it possible to grant domain-wide access to a wiki? That is, anyone with an e-mail address @mydomain.com could automatically join as a writer and wouldn't need approval from an admin. Also, so people with a different e-mail address could still request access, as they can now.

Hi Rachel...first, thanks for the blazing fast response! That will have to work for now. We're having people join a Ning community and are using pbwiki as an event signup. We just want to avoid making them jump through another hoop. I just want to voice my support for open wikis as a high priority. Thanks!
