You can upgrade your account by clicking on the 'Admin' tab, and then selecting the 'Account Plan' tab.

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.

What is an 'active matter'?

In response to several recent queries:

Active matters does mean cases.

With each type of Caseload account, you can have a certain number of 'active' matters or cases. This means that you can make changes to the content and billing for those cases.

You can have an unlimited number of 'inactive' matters, where you can see the case data but cannot make changes or update the case file.

Finally, you are free to completely delete a matter at any time.

Hope that clears up some confusion.

The errors you experienced adding contacts and companies were transient errors related to daylight savings time and have been resolved.

The 'page not found' error you experienced on the feedback page was due to a malformed link that has been repaired.
