I am unsure why you feel your account was banned for "clause #9" as we do not actually have any clauses in our Terms of Service, but sections which are clearly defined in legalese, then most parts again defined in plain text in our Rules and Guidelines.

There are specific instructions for you included in your ban reason, which I will post again for you. If you have any further questions, please follow the instructions provided to you in your ban reason or submit an inquiry via www.gaiaonline.com/help

Your account was flagged 489 time for botting activity. This is WAY over our normal standards. We have been spending a lot of time calibrating our botting detection tools and are constantly making changes. On average, legitimate players flag the system maybe once or twice in the span of a year.

Adding CAPTCHA or something similar to Games is an idea we've been thinking about for some time. There are a few hiccups in our systems that are preventing us from turning this on sooner rather than later, but we will work on using this idea or something similar as soon as we are able to.

Without the username of the accounts involved, we can't begin to help you. If you had filled out a hacking report and got no reply, you are able to resubmit and state that you are reporting again due to not receiving a reply.
