Hi Benjamin and Anurag,

We are going to update all the toolbars during the weekend but you can solve this issue immediately by doing the following steps:

1) Log into your Wibiya admin

2) Click on "Edit Toolbar"

3) Click on " Save & Make It Live"

After you do this the toolbar won't show on mobile devices.

We had a minor update but It should work fine now, we don't present the toolbar on any mobile devices.

All of our current users will enjoy features that some of the new users won't be able to use in the beginning so it does help to be on the ground floor.

I assure you that Wibiya does NOT popup any ads, I don't know what are your users referring to but its definitely not coming from us.

Could it be that you are using the notifier function and your users think it an ad?

The Wibiya service is totally free and you will always be able to use it for free.

we have a couple of business models which we will deploy later on this year, nothing that will hurt publishers or users.

We are only presenting about 10% of the service to the public, there is a lot to wait for...

At the moment we still don't support wordpress.com websites because they don't allow external JS.

This is something that we believe will be resolved in the future.

All you need to do is send us an email to info@wibiya.com with the list of emails you registered to the service with.

There is a ot more to come from the Wibiya service as we are only presenting10% of it to the public.
