Dunvi shared an idea in BumpTop on April 21, 2009 00:31:
choose default double click actionI want to be able to change what double clicking on a pile does. Opening up into a grid is somewhat unhelpful when your screen is small and/or the pile is big. I'd rather it go into a flip pile.-

A comment on the idea "Bring the cool stuff (back)!" in BumpTop:
It actually runs fine on lowish end computers. I'm running Bumptop on a four year old laptop that was designed to sacrifice power for portability (Dell Latitude D410), and that was when it was new. Bumptop runs fine so long as I don't try and run fifty other things and I leave the graphics at the low-end, but my computer can't handle that stuff anyway. But I def can run lower-end 3D apps - I never had problems with Age of Mythology, for example. I would love some of these cooler things, with the opportunities to disable ones that we wouldn't use to keep the power down.
It doesn't consume too much system resouces. Right now BT's only using 60MB of CPU power, and that's 33% less than FF with one tab. – Dunvi, on April 05, 2009 22:42-

Dunvi reported a problem in BumpTop on January 18, 2009 02:39:
Lines appear on the screen after hibernatingWhen I come out of hibernation, my bumptop is covered in lines as show in the picture. Everything still works, and when right clicking the blue disk is normal. Windows things such as start bar (mine hides, so it's not in the picture) are fine. I can only fix it by restarting BumpTop and I do not see this except after I hibernate.
This is always reproduceable. I'm running XP SP3 on a Dell Latitude D410 using integrated video (not sure what) and a Pentium M, but BumpTop runs wonderfully smoothly otherwise.-

Dunvi asked a question in BumpTop on January 15, 2009 20:13:
how to get samurize or system data?Is there a way to integrate samurize and/or tell me what to use to tell me disk-usage and uptime?
