We are experiencing rapid growth and have been seeing some scale related glitches recently. If the traffic is heavy we are getting a slight lag between when you update something and when you can view it. Your notes should be there , it probably just took a minute or so to show up (let us know if you still don't see them). Sorry for the inconvenience, we are working hard to fix the current problems. We expect to have speed and stability on track shortly.

Apologies, but I'm not sure I understand the problem. You are unable to track using icerocket? Did you get an error message? If you upgraded to pro, you should be able to track additional data sets as soon as your credit card is validated (usually within a minute or two of checkout).

We don't allow you to edit an item once its been tracked. We do this in order to maintain data integrity (if we allowed you to change the input once the data is tracking then you could easily manipulate spikes/ dips by changing inputs).
You will need to delete the graphs associated with that input and track again.

There were a few bugs in the system that have been fixed. Please note that you must delete ALL the graphs that a single datasource creates in order to gain back that query.
ex: you track something on youtube, counts as one query but creates a few graphs:
views per day,
num comments,
ect.
you must delete them all to gain the credit back.
@Aaron: the delete option is in the 'more' menu under each graph..
