1) In the code you pasted, you need to replace the "url" with the actual URL of your post.
for your example: var OutbrainPermaLink='http://www.bbox-design.com/villaocampo/index2.php?subaction=showfull&id=1213157921&archive=&start_from=&ucat=2&';

2) Can you give me more details on where your template got screwed up?

3) Most Popular is no longer in beta - send me your email address to rotem[at]outbrainpdot]com and I'll send it to you [the html gets screwed up, if I paste i there)

Problem solved! Please refresh your page and have a look :)
It was a combination of not enough rates on your blog plus some server side problems. I rated a post of yours and fixed the server side problem - and it works! – Rotem, on June 10, 2008 08:29

I can understand your confusion. But on the server side all is well - and your claim was successful:)
The best way for you to verify it, is to go to www.outbrain.com >> Manage blogs >> and see that your blog is listed there under 'blogs' list (and not on the Pending list). You can then click settings and change your settings as you wish.

Now, to understand what went wrong on the plugin side - could you please send me a screen shot of the message you got. This way I'll be able to check this further. rotem[at]outbrain[dot]com

I see you are using our wordpress plugin - your case is a little different.
Which version of wordpress do you have?
Which version of Outbrain plugin do you have?

In your wordpress Dashboard >>Please go to Options>> Outbrain options>> and click on "Add Most Popular Widget" >> drag it to your sidebar.

Get back to me with all your versions, and tell me what happens and we'll continue from there

We found out what the problem is and a new plugin will soon be availble to support that. just a few more tests on our end.

Here is what you should do:
1. Go to www.outbrain.com and login to your account
2. Go to Manage blogs - Remove your blog from the blog's list
3. then go to Claim Your Blog
4. Choose Install Rating Widget - Yes
4. Select blog platform and continue with the instructions there

You should be all set
