I believe they are referring to the add comment button found in the comment list, when there are no comments. Once a comment is added this button disappears to display the comments. He would like to have the ability to use that button all the time to initiate comments.
This is not possible for obvious reasons, but we could give them the ability to click a + icon on the top of the comment list cell, much like the people and media list to initiate a comment.

Hi Joga,
Rest assured nothing has been deleted. And we don't actively delete anything. Your workspaces and concepts are just disabled.
If you go into the edit workspace lightbox from the My Workspaces page. Click on the concepts tab and you will notice all concepts but 3 have been disabled to comply with your account restrictions. If you upgrade your account you can enable all of the concepts again as well as the workspaces.
If you have anymore questions feel free to contact us at support at conceptshare dot com.

Chris D'Aoust, an employee of ConceptShare, replied on October 19, 2007 03:44 to the question "What types of files can you import?" in ConceptShare:
o Images: BMP, TIFF (ICC profiles supported in both TIFF and JPEG)
o URLs: The page you are trying to capture must not have any errors on the page. It will also not wait for flash content to loaded.
o DWG: You can import CAD drawings, but they watermarked on packages below Business.
o Coming Soon: Animated GIF, and animated SWF files. Additional file formats coming shortly.-
