After updating a contact via the online interface the resulting sync will delete any and all IM/Jabber/MSN...etc names in mac address book.

Also with contacts that contain multiple IM names once updated and synced soocial will remove all but one username.

I receive the following pop up message when trying to both manually and automatically sync my address book.

The message is:
iSync couldn't connect to Exchange
Could not reach the server specified
