    Beware of Bell changing your services on your home phone!
    I found a few services on my phone bill that I have never requested or subscribed to. I phoned Bell, and they removed the unwanted service and offered to provide a "package deal" for all of my services (and more) for substantially less money. I asked them a few times if everything would remain the same as is, and they firmly said "yes".

    A day later my answering service was not taking messages, and when I logged in it asked for my NEW password. I called Bell right away, as there were a few very few important messages on the service that I did not want to loose. Customer service transfered me to the service department, and I asked if my messages would or already disappear if I reset my password. I asked this question a few times. They have told me that nothing would change. I logged back to my answering service and ALL the messages were gone. If I have received any new messages in the last day, they were gone for sure too.

    Nobody warned me that me, canceling some absolutely non-related service to my answering service would wipe out all my messages. Nobody told me that they will RESET my whole answering service without my knowledge, and I will not be able to retrieve any messages or until I reset my password no-one would be able to leave me any messages. (Imagine if I would be away on a business trip with no working answering service at home....)
