Opera has a bastard child version of greasemonkey. I'm not an Opera enthusiast, but I don't dislike it as I do IE ;)

The other alternative is an annotation style add-on (from AMO) that feeds your API... but that doesn't seem as elegant

Please consider releasing your application in stand alone flavor... so I won't have to use virtualization software to extract the goodness inside your installer.

Help reduce the plague that is registry bloat and system file bulldozing.

devs: overcome the language barrier with an almost hack: Install URL 2 Title extension. This will put the URL in the titlebar making it easily capturable

Since your people are devs.. you could dev elop your own greasemonkey userscript to provide similar features
