So far yes, providing no single file is larger than 100MB. Keep in mind Pownce is still in Beta, if they change limits or even need to change something drastic and half of your posts disappear because of a change they make ie) Hosting , your Podcasts could disappear as well, so keep backups. :)-

I'm very happy with my Pro Account so far, as soon as I joined I went Pro to basically support the Pownce Team and I will go Pro again next year if things improve, they're already starting to.
The new custom Themes option is a nice bonus for Pro users right now, Its going to be interesting to see what other features they come up with. If you paid for Pro, but your account does not change status, contact the people behind the service, they aren't out to rip you off and will sort your problem out.
