I'll check out mdy's workaround, but I've been seeing this for about 3 days now (as evidenced by the "three days ago" on my "Latest" tweet, even though I've posted quite a few times since then).

[Aperture] Fixed a bug that was causing omitted keywords to appear in photo tags if "Omit Child Keywords" was off.

We will be adding user timezone settings very soon. This will correct this issue as we can post the correct time from GMT as their API needs.

I don't think that's it. The keywords show up in the FlickrExport dialog, not just in Flickr. See my report for more detailed information (linked in Michael's comment above yours). – Mark Jaquith, on July 11, 2008 06:05

Will look into it. There's some new stuff in FlickrExport 3 to override the fact that Flickr automatically pulls IPTC keywords out of images to make tags. Possibly that's not working quite right.
