Thanks for bringing this up. We are in the process of recruiting more moderators to take care of this in Tap Tap 3.

In addition, we're looking into some community moderation tools so, for example you see something like this going on - you could not only report it to a moderator, but take care of it yourself. Then of course, people would game the system and take advantage of it so that needs to be taken care of as well.

We're working to bring your DMB content into TTR3, should be within a week or two.

As for the TTR2 songs -- they were licensed for TTR2, for a limited time. So, we can't give them away in Tap Tap 3. Some songs will make it into the Tap Tap 3 catalog, but others will not..
