    Automatic Updates Are Not Working
    I've been getting reported errors from VIPRE regarding new software updates and definition downloads saying there is an internet connection error on XP (I.E 8). XP diagnosis says there is no problem. I can access the internet with my browser and manually download files. The HELP About screen is confusing. It says that current software version is 3.1.2710 and current VIPRE version is 3.2.2034.2. What is the difference between these two reported versions?

    And what can I do about these update failures.
