Koordinates itself doesn't actually collect or create geodata - we're a publishing outlet for others.

One of the "others" is Zenbu, and they have some orchards listed at http://www.zenbu.co.nz/search?q=orchards

Hi Suze,

The limit on the zoom level is actually the active Google Maps type (the drop down box at top-right of each map). The default GMap type for Koordinates is 'Terrain', which unfortunately doesn't extend to more detailed zoom levels for New Zealand.

Switching to the 'Map' type should get you a few more zoom levels in most areas of New Zealand.

I'm really into the idea of rewarding better/more frequent uploaders of geodata, but there's some prickly issues to do with copyright infringement, duplicate datasets, bad quality geodata, utility of the rewards (what can users do with them), etc.

Do you mean clone a selection? You can't do that at the moment... so you want to clone an existing selection so that you can specify a different selection area?

You can expand the selection map at top-right by clicking on it, and a list of selections is at the left.

We're working on the layer statistics now. Is there anything else aside from 'views' and 'downloads' you'd like to know about? For downloads, do you want to know number of downloads, total area downloaded.... ?
