Do i need to post my account no. or globe cell phone no. Kindly help me to solve my problem. I already reported my problem to globe 211 for a month until now there's no responce.-

My bill amounted to 51,920.45 + VAT usually i don't reach 500 monthyMy KB Browsing Charges - WEB/Internet bill was amounted to 51,920.45 + VAT unaware that my post paid sim will bill me as kb browsing using tatoo broadband. Kindly help me globe. Dapat deafult pricing of 0.15cents per KB. Ginamit ko lang ito for 1 to 2 hours and the next day globe called me that i reach 51,920.45 + VAT just using my globe sim into a usb tatoo grabe na shock ako 1st time nangyari sa akin ito. Loyal Subscriber ako ng globe for over 5 years since Plan 100 ngayon lang nangyari sa akin ito. Lumampas pa ako s credit Limit ko n 1,500. Kindly help me globe to solve my problem i don't have enough money to pay for this huge amount. -

Oo nga ako rin may reklamo ang tagal aksyonan ng complaint ko yung 3 days naging 3 weeks baka maging 3 months pa. nag karoon ako ng 51,000 plus bill s internet browsing hindi ko naman alam kung bakit 1st time kung mag karoon ng bill ng ganito usually below 1,000 lang bill ko. grabe masakit sa ulo sana matulungan ako ng globe more than 8 years n ako subscriber ngayon lang nangyari sa akin ito. Globe help to solve my problem, wala akong pera para ipang bayad dito !
