Preference option for update frequencyIt'd be cool if we can modify the update frequency in an option. I don't want it to be too taxing on my API quota, but also I know there's no need for updates more frequently than 10 minutes, but wouldn't mind being able to change it to more or less as appropriate.

You can call the store and ask for the STL (store team lead) and leave your feedback with them. You can also call Guest Services at 1.800.440.0680. The feedback you give them will absolutely make its way back to the store as well as the district leadership. I wouldn't expect to get anything back in the manner of a discount or anything, but you should definitely let them know, and that should hopefully make you feel a little better.

Notification alert doesn't trigger sound/vibrationWhen I get a new messages alert, the banner will display, but it won't vibrate or make a sound. I'm not sure if this is be design or not, but I assumed it would trigger a vibrate and sound same as other banner alerts. Maybe it could be configurable as to whether or not it just displays the option or plays a sound and buzzes.-
