rented a different trucks for 2 days in a row over 4th July we. the first one had a missing plate, the person before got a ticket because of that. Call, no truck are available> cancel reservation. Figure out what to do. Get a car somewhere else, call zipcar and they would not cancel my next-day rental because of 24hours cancel policy.

Had zipcar from the beginning, great service then.now,45 minutes on hold, 2 managers and NO resolution.
