OK. There must be another bug in there. I am wondering if it is the same problem as http://getsatisfaction.com/feedly/top...

Michael: then another bug must still be there. Any chance you could take a screencast showing us who to reproduce the problem? – edwk, on December 09, 2009 20:17

This tutorial includes more information on how to add a feedly mix app to a ning network http://blog.feedly.com/widgets Please note that there is no code involved: instead you need to go to the page in your social network where you can add an app by URL and enter the URL of the generated mix app and add it to your network. What is the URL of your ning network? – edwk, on December 09, 2009 11:24

hmm. Can you please re-install the latest version of feedly from www.feedly.com and see if that addresses the problem?

The feedly version number should be displayed at the bottom of the page. If you are still seeing this problem in 2.x.174, could you please take a screencast of the problem to help us reproduce the problem? – edwk, on December 09, 2009 11:17
edwk replied on December 09, 2009 10:57 to the question "Changing Category Names??" in Feedly:
You can go to the dashboard page http://www.feedly.com/home#dashboard and SHIFT+click on the name of the category you want to edit (this will turn the category name into an edit box). Edit the name and press enter.

edwk replied on December 09, 2009 05:47 to the question "Subscribe to something in feedly using the chrome RSS Subscription Extension" in Feedly:
Yes. After installing the RSS Subscription Extension(1). You can add feedly to the list by selecting add new and entering:
Description:
feedly
URL:
http://www.feedly.com /home#subscription/feed/%s[action.subscribe
(no space in the URL. The space is only included so that getsatisfaction does not try to shorten that URL!)

Sorry about that. It must be a regression then. Can you please do me a favor. If you are able to consistently reproduce this problem, can you please take a screenshot of the messages section of the firefox error console right after you click on the refresh action? – edwk, on December 09, 2009 03:30

Rik. I did some more texting this evening. and I am not able to reproduce the problem in 2.x.171. Here is an example of feedly loading a category with spaces and dashes.

Two things:
1) can you please do SHIFT+RELOAD to make sure that safari did not cache an older version of feedly.
2) if 1) does not solve the problem can you please share a screenshot of the URL bar? I would like to see if the spaces get correctly encoded in %20.
Thanks,
Edwin

HI Michael. I am sorry about this. I spent some time and I am not able to reproduce the problem: when I read an article and click on the refresh button, that article is not included in the new list of articles I get. Could you please make sure that your latest tab is configured with "unread only" checked? See pen icon for the options.
