If you post an article from an external site, I don't think you should leave comments open. It's more polite to direct people to the originating site to comment.

The exception being sites that don't have comments; seems fair to open comments on those.

How come streetlights randomly turn off and on? I walk through Burns park at night, and invariably, a streetlight or two goes out as I walk under it. The lights on Burns Park Elementary do this too.
