How do I update tags from Aperture?

I can update existing photos on Flickr from within Aperture by re-exporting them and checking the box. However, I can't update tags from aperture to flickr this way. Is there any way to do this?

A comment on the problem "Unknown error message" in Connected Flow:

I've had it on my previous upload as well, about a week earlier. That time it was on 6 of the 274 photos uploaded. I had to re-upload the 6 then. This time I got 2 errors on 15 uploads, but the photos were actually all uploaded. I have enabled the Flickr ID tagging in Aperture between the two sessions. – Eerko Vissering, on March 30, 2009 22:05

Error message after uploding: An unknown error with (Photo "3395372819" not found (invalid ID)) occurred when the Flickr method (null) was called. Error code 862849944
