Please make sure that you are calling from the number you registered into the Rebtel account that has credit.

If you are indeed calling from the number you registered to your Rebtel account, then double check that your phone is not hiding your CallerID when you call out. We need to recognize the number you call from in order to connect your call seamlessly.

You can see all your callback numbers in Pakistan by clicking on your contact's name and then on "Your friend can call you back".

I wouuld suggest that you look into domestic calling plans with inclusive minutes. Ideally one that lets you call for free to Tel Aviv, since that's where our local number is.
