Are you referring to our IVR? It is unfortunately not possible to remove our IVR voice prompts, since they are there to provide instructions on how to correctly use the service.

Rebtel is not an ad-based service and we do not play any ads of any kind, to our knowledge.

You can make free calls from any mobile or landline in the UK.

Call your friend, ask him to hang up and call you back on the Pakistani number displayed on his screen, while you hold on the line. As soon as he calls back, you will be talking for free.

Just a quick heads up!

To see the number that your friend can call you back at, you need to delete it and add it again so that it gets updated in the system.

You will then be able to click on "your friend can call you back" to see the callback number in Pakistan.

Sorry for the extra step and enjoy the free calls to Pakistan!

You can see the Pakistani number that your friend should call back by clicking on his contact name and then on "Your friend can call you back".

Please do send us an email to customerteam@rebtel.com with your details so our technical team can check why your Rebtel number is not displayed.
