Which country are you calling?

If your family lives in a Rebtel country, then you can see the number they can call you back if you click on your contact's name and then on "Your friend can call you back".

If this is happening systematically could you please send us an email to customerteam@rebtel.com so that we can correct the issue?

The most cost effective solution would be that she gets a Spanish SIM card and you call her to that number instead.

Using a Finnish mobile while in Spain will most likely result in roaming charges by the Finnish operator. Rebtel does not help to cut roaming costs, nor do we handle them.

At the moment we do not support any functionality for scheduled calls, but it is definitely a very good idea that would add value to the service.

I have reclassified it as an idea and let's hope our product team picks it up.

You can register up to 5 different numbers under your Rebtel account. However, since your friend is also a Rebtel user, you won't be able to add it to yours.

If you call Rebtel numbers from his phone, then you will get connected to his contacts, not yours. We need to recognize through CallerID that you are calling from the number you registered.

If you are a frequent caller, then the best option by far is getting a local calling plan where you can call for free or really cheap. Prepais plans are generally more expensive.

Rebtel Smart Calls can be used from any kind of phone that can make a local call, be it landline or mobile.

There are no downloads of any kind involved so a Smart phone is not necessary.
