print table of linksIn IE, you can print (under the Options tab in the print dialog) a table of the links included in a page or selection being printed.
It prints the text which is in the link, and the full url of the link.
It would be GREAT to get this added in to Flock, for printing out reference material or articles with links for reference.
I actually jump back to IE from time to time to print this.-

A comment on the idea "always open all bookmarks in new tabs" in Flock:
I've never personally written any mozilla addons.

well, the Flock people would have to answer that ultimately, but i doubt you can do that. Allowing a web application to just reach out and call any part of the browser it wants would really go against the best practices of the security model for the web.
You might be able to write some kind of mozilla plugin or activex control or something like that that would do what you want.

feeds: subscribing ask what folderWhen subscribing to a feed, it would be G-R-E-A-T if instead of just sticking it at the end of your list of feeds, it popped a dialog, and asked you what folder to save it to.
I have a LOT of feeds i monitor, and have them heavily organized in folders. And it is a pain to have to go scroll to the bottom and find the new feed, then drag it around to place it where i want it.
Keep up the great work!!!!! :)

Errm... apparently i just had a screwed up configuration. It was related somehow to this thread:
http://getsatisfaction.com/flock/topi...
Now that that's fixed, my security exception add button works as normal too.
Thanks!
eidylon replied on January 09, 2009 01:42 to the problem "tabs: saved tabs broken after setting default browser" in Flock:
Okay... I'm not quite sure what happened. I opened and closed the browser several times in real and in safe modes, back and forth, and over the course it apparently reset the tabs.
In the course of it all, i also reset IE as the default, then Flock, then IE then Flock a couple times.
All said and done, it is now working as expected... it is NOT asking me about default every load and shutdown, and it IS saving my tabs.
Ghosts in the machine! ;)

I have a few addons installed, yes... although it was working fine until i tried to set it as default.
What is weird, is it asks me (again and again) if i want to set it as default both at STARTUP and at SHUTDOWN. It does this every time, regardless of whether i answer Yes or No.
I tried going back to IE, setting that as default, then coming back to Flock, and setting it back as default again, but that didn't help.
FWIW, the addons i have installed are:
- All-In-One Sidebar
- Extended Statusbar
- Firebug
- Fission
- Flagfox
- Link Alert
- Stylish
- TargetKiller
- UrlBarExt
- Web Developer
I do not have Google Video chat in, no.
OH! What's really weird... i just clicked the "(some HTML allowed)" link in this comment text box, and that spawned a new Flock window, which DID open with all the tabs from the last time it saved them properly! For whatever that means... :-?

ssl: expired certificate can't add exceptionOn our development site, we have an SSL cert, so we can test SSL functionality on sites that use it. However our SSL is expired on there, which is not a problem since it is only a test site, used for development, only by us, and we know.
So when i go to a site on this server, i get the SSL error page (as per attached screenie), which is fine. However, clicking the "Add Exception..." button does nothing. I click it, and it just does nothing. This is problematic, as it stops actual work on the site.

tabs: saved tabs broken after setting default browserWhen i had installed Flock originally, i had NOT set it to default, cuz i was still evaluating. Yesterday, i decided i was ready to set it to default, so i did so, and now EVERY time i open it, it asks me if i want to set it to default, even though i say yes every time, and it also no longer remembers my saved tabs from session to session.

myworld: mail widgetit would be great to see an additional widget added to the My World page, that shows your inboxes from your webmail accounts, with an option to show all or only new messages;
clicking on a message would open it, and there would also be a little button next to each message to open a reply.
