I find this all quite odd. Just ditched my PC which ran XP Pro, and i-Player online in the browser would never be interrupted by the screensaver when in full screen mode, just as programs on my machine like VLC player were never interrupted. I'd done no special settings voodoo, it was just so.

Now I'm on new PC using Vista and screensaver always kicks in, and Microsoft's answer? Disable screensaver whenever I want to watch something.

What a PITA.
