I agree with skyboy. It is commonly known that windows is far less efficient than any unix based operating system. For example, Vista needlessly kills computer resources. Vista eats up about 1GB of ram to produce the same graphics that Ubuntu can, with less than one third the ram and twice the speed. This is all not to mention that PC Magazine rates Mac OS X as #1, Linux as #2 and Windows as #3.

The market for linux users is growing... My suggestion is that if you want to support any unix based system the desktop program should be written with an API like SDL. SDL is 100% portable across unix based systems(Linux, Mac OS X, BSD...) and even Windows. You guys would extend to every edge of the market.

However, despite this I can understand you may still not want to do this considering that Microsoft is trying like hell to push out programs that provide cross-platform support. Also, you guys are pretty far into writing the desktop and re-writing it would be hell.

keep in mind, the camera zoom/scroll functionality is totally unsupported right now, and you should restart bumptop after you use it. Its quite buggy and thats why you have to push the 'enable debug keys' to get it to work.

Hey, thats odd. DOes it happen to all your piles you leaf through?

Any chance you can submit a video of it? It might help figur eout whats wrong. If you can zoom in on the pile that would be best. Ctrl+P and then scroll wheel with the mouse centered on the pile in question.

I got a couple tricks up my sleeve still. so just wait.

When you download it you have to use rinrar or 7zip to open the archive.

Then you extract the three files to your Program Files/bumptop/textures/ folder, ONLY AFTER YOU MAKE A COPY OF THAT FOLDER!!!

Then exit Bumptop, and restart it.
