I want to customize or add items to the submission status list.
Is there a way to do this? I see that there is the ability to add tags as well, but my team wants one kind of status, not a combination of statuses and tags.

I can't reset my password.
I get a message that says "We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."

(I'm able to log in because I remembered my original password, but I retested and I can't reset the password using the lost password feature.)
