It sounds like your submission went through fine - it just takes a little while for a submitted article to show up on the site. It's possible that there was already a similar article on FAST3R (and so yours wouldn't show up), but otherwise, check back in a little while. I'd try looking a few pages in as well. Thanks for submitting, it looked like a great article.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention. The login problem is a bug, and our developer is working on it now. I've changed the address of your website as a source, so thank you for the heads up on that as well. You actually can't change that from your account, but if you ever have a similar problem, please let us know. We really appreciate you as a source, and having an up-to-date address is important. Let me know if you have any other issues.

I don't know of anywhere in particular, but both http://www.adoptapet.com/ and http://www.petfinder.com/ are great sites that you can search by location and breed to adopt a rescue dog.
