Thanks for the information. So, web pages can only be displayed by using interactive bulletins? And interactive bulletins are only possible by paying an extra fee?

Incorrect time in Carousel

I am using Carousel, and the time is an hour behind. The server setting is Eastern Time, which is correct. Is there a way to change this or set it manually?
