A comment on the problem "Salesforce/JIRA Syncing Errors" in CustomWare:
Robert -
Can you please write us at info@customware.net so we can take a closer look at your problem. It may be related to your environment, but we need to look at this closer.
Kind regards,

Ellen Feaheny replied on September 10, 2009 17:28 to the question "Can you format Salesforce Reports" in CustomWare:
Hi Kay -
Yes, this is quite likely possible since we are able to work with most of the salesforce.com data via their APIs, but this particular feature is not part of the base product feature set, currently.
To extend the functionality, like any plugin we have, we engage with customers under a flexible "block of hours" SLA (service contracts). I will send you email. (or info@customware.net the other direction)
Kind Regards,
Ellen
Ellen Feaheny replied on August 19, 2009 04:49 to the problem "Unable to uninstall the Sharepoint connector for Jira" in CustomWare:
Our developers were able to simulate your problem, Ritesh, in our dev environment.
One of prerequisite to install SharePoint Connector for JIRA is to have the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service enabled and running.
* If the service is not running the installer will automatically runs the service provided the service account is configured correctly.
* If the service is disabled (and not running), the installer will not proceed with installation process and displays error message.
I will send you a mail that describes how to set this in more detail.

Hi Ian -
We have a new evaluation version that includes Adding and Editing JIRA issues too - so yes, please send us email direct so we can rectify your problem since the connector has not been production released yet.
It is still in Beta. Nonetheless, this has been QA'd, so we need to see what is going on with your environment. Thanks! plugins@customware.net.
Thanks,
Ellen

Slideshare Rocks! Clean, professional, presentable, networked!Slideshare rocks!
I've been toying with it alot over last few weeks - and simply very impressed ... !!
You guys really have a great product filling a great need and done very CLEANLY - further, the LinkedIn and FriendFeed connectivity is core! (Perhaps other places too I have yet to discover... :)
The community also seems very upstanding, people using real names and great content vs a TON of spammy-like material/stuff that I see on Scribd.
I think this is credit due to your UI being VERY clean, more presentable, professional - let alone good networking features (within and external).
In sum, the pride in creating a good product is showing through. Kudos.
--- a happy user
p.s. And I haven't even gotten to the "embedding" capabilities - but will soon enough!
