Paperless statements not a replacement for paper ones.
Citibank makes it difficult to view your current interest rate online. Be careful of moving to paperless billing! PDF format not available for all months, and the other formats only list the transactions, not other data.

I had this problem, then saw the note about little snitch. Opened little snitch's configuration app, and manually added a rule allowing Tweetie access. There was no deny rule, but adding the allow rule worked!
