I am not able to view embroidery patterns & directions or save them . Firefox will not let me download Adobe reader. This thing that I did sign up for does NOT work it says "error" What is the big problem ? I was able to read, save & learn from documents on my windows xp with dumb the slow ISP I had before. Why do you have this stuff if it doesn't work & why am I not able to get ADOBE FLASH
PLAYER set up on firefox ??????
