Why can't I pay off my dept?
I'm in dept cause of a gift card purchase on iTunes. (this is a visa gift card) but I can't pay it off. I got an iTunes gift card but it don't work cause I can't change payment method.how do I change payment method??? and anyone with the exact same problem?

I had an outstanding Credit card purchase, but it was a gift card, and I'm in debt. I tried to pay for it w/ a gift card but I wouldn't let me change payment options.
