Try this :
Tick "Use my Windows background as the floor" box which is in the "Themes" tab in BumpTop Settings.
Restart BumpTop.
Is BumpTop working fine now?

Floor wallpaper problem...

If I untick the "Use the Windows background as the floor" box and choose a theme, the proper wallpaper of the theme is not shown. Windows' desktop wallpaper stick to the floor.
If I tick it again, after restarting BumpTop, Windows' wallpaper is not shown neither.

Here's the ones that were not present in Beta 13
- Accents that are not appearing
- The "More" menu problem with icons in a pile.

The only way that I found to let BumpTop override my folders, is to put the "enableFileTypeIconsForShortcuts" function to "true"

1) This version is working fine for me right now.
2) Relauching BumpTop is alright.
3) I'm running on a Windows XP SP3 32 bit French version.
4) Accents are not appearing in the new version (é, è, ê, à... are giving squares).
I'm not able to display the "More" menu with icons in a pile.
Icons are still flying when they're put too high on the walls.
The version in the about menu is still 13.
There's no recycle bin on the desktop and no "My docs" folder neither.
BumpTop is not overriding my folders.

Fixed bug : My problematic icon is now shown properly.
