I was running Sunbelt Counterspy Antivirus and then purchased VipreI recently upgraded both my computers to VIPRE and bought the Sunbelt Personal Firewall by going to the shop to purchase them. However, on my main computer I had about 5 days left to run on my license and on my laptop I had 84 days remaining on the license.
Can I get a refund on the days that were unused on the Counterspy license please?

My SunBelt Antivirus system does not start up automatically and I am getting the Blue Screen of Death whenever Sunbelt is running but it seems to be okay when Sunbelt is not running. I have uninstalled Sunbelt and reinstalled it but still get blue screen of death. The memory seems to be always very low and sometimes drops to nothing and crashes but does not cause blue screen of death.
I have had SBREDRV.SYS mentioned in blue screen of death. Also IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and BAD_POOL_CALLER which gives a STOP: 0X000000C2 (0X00000007, 0X00000CD4, 0X02040001, 0X89D6E4B8). Problem has only occurred in the last week.
Version of Sunbelt is V3.1.2416.0

Normally the icon for CounterSpy is always shown and I can check and see that CounterSpy is active and running. But since I reinstalled ZoneAlarm, CounterSpy is not automatically running and the only way to keep it running is to click on the reduce window icon at the top of the page and then CounterSpy is always at the bottom of the screen.
