I'm also having this problem, which came to my attention a few days ago. I thought(hoped) it was simply one of those random, misbehaving interweb vacuums acting up temporarily but, alas, it has yet to resolve. I primarily use Safari(v4.0.3) but I also had this problem in Firefox v3.5.2.

My links in LaterLoop also are not working properly - the shortcuts don't continue to a webpage and I'm stuck with a blank window and a jumble of useless garble in the address bar(refreshing the page does no good).
