While we were successful at moving all your Tradespace pictures across to the new site, despite our best efforts, we were unable to move your community profile images across.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we want to reassure you - it’s simple to re-upload your profile image. Simply click on the ‘My Tradespace’ link at the top of your screen to log in to your account and go to your dashboard. Once in your dashboard, click on ‘My communities’ or ‘Communities’ (if you have a Tradespace). You will be able to manage your communities and update your profile image from here.

Could you please let me know your site url and I will have a look for you. For reasons of security everyone needed to reset their passwords for the first time they logged into the site. It may just be a case of my resetting your password for you with a temporary password..
