Emmauel set one of Emmanuel's replies as an official response to "How do I delete a pik from a pikbox?" in Pikchur
Emmauel replied on November 11, 2008 16:37 to the question "How do I delete a pik from a pikbox?" in Pikchur:
Hey, If you navigate to your pikBox and view it's contents there should be a "remove from pikbox" link.
We just added it this morning per your request. That really should have been there earlier! Sorry for that one.
Expect some really nifty UI changes to the site soon that will make the whole site a lot more organized and easy to use.

Hey, Just a quick announcement to all who pushed for Brightkite ... Brightkite has officially joined the Pikchur family with some nifty location based posting! Read it here :

A comment on the idea "Pikchur supported platforms" in Pikchur:
Yeah, like I said, it's doable as ST! has done this pretty successfully. Early on though, they did have the double post issue. I remember posting and getting double Twitter / Pownce posts.
If the Ping.fm integration does happen, we will make it fool proof and ensure no double posts occur.
The alternative to the Ping.fm integration would be to keep adding services and eventually ( soon ) catch up to Ping.fm.
Either way this is what we are going to be discussing, and I will update the post to let you know the outcome.
Thanks a lot for your input – Manu, on August 24, 2008 06:14
A comment on the idea "Pikchur supported platforms" in Pikchur:
Assumption: You have Ping and Twitter synced to your Pikchur account. Double post scenario : You post a Pic to your Pikchur account which then notifies Ping and Twitter, but you also have twitter posting to your Ping. This therefore will post to your twitter once from Pikchur and once from Ping, unless you are savvy and disable your Pikchur or Ping posting to your twitter. Does that clear it up ? – Manu, on August 24, 2008 04:46

Agreed, on the Ping.fm connection. The only problem I foresee is redundancy.
If I already have my Twitter, Pownce, Plurk synced with Pikchur, and they are also synced with Ping.fm, then if you forget to change your posting options, this can cause double posts.
I suppose it would ultimately be up to the sophistication of the user to ensure good posting. We will discuss this integration and update the post to let you know.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey thanks Robert!
That service is definitely in the integration queue.
Would like to hear from you on what feature we should integrate next ( http://getsatisfaction.com/pikchur/to... )
Thanks!
Manu asked a question in Pikchur on August 21, 2008 17:12:
What Pikchur feature should we push next ?So we here at Pikchur love to here from the community, we love it so much that we decided to have you decide what feature to push next. Here are two features on the back-burner. Just reply with which one we should start with and we will take it from there.
1. Comment notifications - Get notified via email when people leave comments about your Pikchur.
2. Comment aggregation from other platforms - We currently push conversations out to other services, we would like to also get them back! This feature will pull in the conversations around a Pikchur from different services. So for example, you comment on a Rejaw shout or pownce note, and your comment gets pushed right back to Pikchur, so there is bi-direction communication.
Thanks, and let us know if you had something else in mind.

Rejaw status messages bugWe found some issues with Rejaw status messages. Apparently the messages are coming in with each word on a new line, making the post look really bad. In addition we found some encoding issues that we are working on now. Expect to see these problems resolved within the next few hours.
Thanks for your patience
